“Special Division Of FBI Called Upon To Fight Invaders”

I wonder why, after September came to Walter at the end of that business with Crazy!Belly, Walter didn’t warn Olivia and Peter that ‘they were coming’. Why plan in secret, when he could get them to help him be better prepared for the invasion. At the very least, you’d think he would’ve warned them for the sake of his grandchild and her future…
